SingCinnati!, a 25-voice Cincinnati-based chorus directed by Catherine Roma that included nine MUSE singers won two silver medals at the 6th World Choir Games July 22 through 26 in Shaoxing, China. Some 470 choirs from around the world competed.
SingCinnati! competed in two categories (pop and spirituals/gospel), in addition to participating in the USA show and singing "America the Beautiful" in the closing ceremonies as Cincinnati Mayor Mark Mallory received the "Peace Bell" from the Shaoxing mayor to bring to Cincinnati.
