    Community Cookout! Sign up here

    Auditions:
    - We have our pick of three rooms on the 3rd floor of the Rectory (former Lower Price Hill community school that sits at the corner of St. Michael St. and Burns St. see this map) -- The Rectory is completely ready - only waiting on internet access. (picture of front entrance is attached)
    - There is also a student lounge on the third floor which could serve as our welcome area where we talk with the people before they audition. It's up to us how we utilize all the space that day - no one else will be there.
    - It is best for people auditioning to park on St. Michael St and come in the front entrance of that building.
    - Mary from CM recommended we have someone positioned at the front door to welcome people and direct them to the stairs or elevator.
    - I recommend that all the MUSEs helping with auditions and/or the cookout park behind the building in the lot. Access to that lot is on Storrs St. and we can walk through the courtyard between CM buildings to get to the entrance.
    - There is an accessible entrance with ramp along the side of the building with easy access from the parking lot behind the building (picture attached).
    - Restrooms are fully functional and all MUSE members (inside or outside) are welcome to use them. They do not want community members in the building on this day.

    Cookout
    - I will place a sign at the two neighborhood convenience stores late next week announcing "free food" on Saturday provided by MUSE on St. Michael St.
    - The morning of the 15th, I'll place a poster board with similar message at the intersection of St. Michael & Neave St.
    - We will set up along the sidewalk near the front of The Rectory (picture attached). This area has some trees to provide shade.
    - CM will have the following available for us: several tables, chairs, 2 grills, dumpster (in back), recycling bin. Stella from their staff will be around all day and can answer any questions. Mary is going to encourage other CM staff to stop by. Alecia from Price Hill Will should be around since we're right across from the community garden.
    - I recommend that all the MUSEs helping with auditions and/or the cookout park behind the building in the lot. Access to that lot is on Storrs St.and we can walk through the courtyard between CM buildings to get to the entrance/front sidewalk.
    - Restrooms are fully functional and all MUSE members (inside or outside) are welcome to use them. They do not want community members in the building on this day.
